At BrandcomZ, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we've made our order cancellation process simple and flexible for our customers.
🕒 Order Cancellation Before Shipping
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped.

Once we confirm the cancellation, the refund (if already paid) will be initiated immediately.
🚚 Cancellation After Shipping
- If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
- In such cases, you may choose to refuse delivery or raise a return request after the order is delivered. The return and refund will be handled as per our Refund & Return Policy.
💸 Refund Timeline
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment after successful cancellation.
- For COD orders, no charges or deductions apply if canceled before dispatch.
📍 Exceptions
- Orders for customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once approved and processed.
- BrandcomZ reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.
